We had a great vacation. The unit we stayed in was really nice and clean!!

The JFR rental staff that I worked with......Carol and Hunter, were awesome. Very friendly, informative and professional. They did an awesome job of answering any questions that I had and providing me with extra information.

The property is slightly dated and needs some upgrades but it was still a comfortable place to stay. The gym and billard room was very nice and the on site gift shop was very nice as well. The security staff seemed to be on top of things as well and very friendly. It was a nice stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean, well-furnished and very comfortable. All the comforts of home with an amazing view and short walk to the beautiful beach.

very nice, answering any and all questions right away

We enjoyed the stay I really like the fact that the security was walking around, checking for arm bands and watching really close. Year 3 years we have stayed at the Gulf Crest we have not seen any security, but this year they were all over the place. Makes you feel more comfortable.

Our family had a wonderful time. Love the stay and will be coming back next year. One thing I would look into is the sliding door to the front porch. It kept coming off the track and was very hard to close. I think it has a lot to do with all the sand getting in the track. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

All calls were answered promptly. Maintenance arrived quickly. We wish maintenance would have communicated better with us. (Since the part for the washing machine had to be ordered, it was really out of our control, but the machine is working at peak now. I am sorry that this happened during your stay.)

The rental price was very fair. The unit was nicely furnished with the exception of the appliances. Good location and amenities. Will likely stay again.

The property was nice; we just would have liked the air conditioner to work better and perhaps a larger range of cooking supplies. (Thank you for letting me know about the cookware, I will purchase new items this week. Corrections have been made to the ac. It has been an unusually hot Summer and the ac units up and down the beach are being put to the test. Thanks for letting me know!)

Carol at JFR Rentals was easy to work with. She was very efficient and always kept me informed! I felt very comfortable with asking questions. She kept me update with e-mails and phone calls. No worries or stress! Thanks JFR for good customer service and a wonderful vacation!

Love the condo and especially the access to the pool, tiki hut and beach! Staff was friendly, helpful and willing to make our stay wonderful! Love PCB and all the amenities it has for a family! Parasailing, water park, dolphin tours, Miracle Strip Mall and wonderful food locations close to condo!

This is the forth or fifth time renting through JFR and each time has been a great experience and we'll defiantly rent again! Very nice and reasonable!

Great view. Pool area very clean. The bartender at the Tiki Bar was very friendly and gave great ideas of places to go while there.
