We a had a good experience working with the team.

We had a very good stay at the property. I would stay there again. We experienced some issues with the washer and dryer. They came out once and changed them out but still had problems with it. They never made it back out to fix it completely and the garbage disposal went out at the end of the week. Other than that,everything was great. This was our first trip to the area and we loved it. (The issues have been resolved. I appreciate you making me aware of them!)

The members of the team were wonderful to work with. I never had a problem with check in or check out or reserving the unit.

Overall this property was wonderful for our needs.

The view is amazing!!! I thought staying on the 20th floor would be difficult with the elevator.. Never had a problem!!! But back to that view.... Ahhhhh

Carol is great. We have rented units that she manages before. Very thorough with all the details. Will be calling or emailing her again.

Property is great. Our family loves staying at Regency Towers. We have stayed in several of the units over the years. We particularly like the ground floor units, but the second floor unit this year was also good.

Working with JFR Beach Rentals was so easy and for that we are so grateful. The ease with which we booked, paid, and received information was just incredible. We can't say enough nice things.

The property was super nice and easy to find and plenty spacious enough and we even had an extra person. Our view was outstanding from the balcony as well.

Everyone was very friendly. Carol helped us very much in finding us a condo that was in our budget.

We really enjoyed ourselves and with the exception of only having the one shower between us all we enjoyed our stay.

The refrigerator was not working very well. We fill bottles with water and freeze them to take to the beach but because the refrigerator was not working well, it took about 3 days to freeze a bottle. (Thank you for letting me know. I will order maintenance today!)

My stay was more than pleasant and fun. The location is perfect. The unit was nice and clean and they had all that I needed and more in the unit. The balcony is very large and you can sit on the balcony and just enjoy the beach til your ready to go down. We ate breakfast on the balcony and it was a great experience. very relaxing. I would say that the pictures of the living and dining room does this place no justice because it is actually way bigger than the pictures look. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. This is a very nice condo.

Carol when above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. She showed genuine care and concern for our needs.

The property was more than we expected! Very spacious and well maintained. It felt like a home instead of a rental. The huge balcony had a wonderful view of the crystal clear ocean where we watched dolphins and stingrays swim up and down the shoreline each morning!

It was a perfect long weekend and we were thrilled with the appeal of the condo, the view, and loved the comfy bed.

Everyone over the phone was great and emails were always professional and on time. One day we had someone knock on our door and then walk right in claiming they were housekeeping. We told him we did not need services and we then locked out door even while we were in there. He came back a few hours later and I told him we were good. He kept looking at his watch like he needed in our room at a specific time. He did not speak English so it was hard to communicate. (I am so sorry for the miscommunication with housekeeping. This issue has been resolved.)

We enjoy the bottom unit. So convenient especially for small children. The yard right out front became their backyard and it made for an enjoyable stay where we could sit back and watch them play. The inside was nice and one of the best we've stayed in yet.

JFR team is vey friendly and accommodating. Seychelles mgmt is appropriate, but not nearly so much!
