Staff was friendly. The bed in the master was comfortable. I always bring my memory foam pad to add to beds in condos and didn't need it.

We really enjoyed our stay. We just didn't get enough beach time. My daughter was there playing in the USFA world series for softball. Will come back.

It was wonderful! My husband and I were there with 3 teenagers - our grandchildren and one of their friends - and everyone loved Treasure Island! My husband said I did great finding the place, and that they were the best accommodations we ever had! Loved the beach and pool areas and loved the fact that they were secure as much as possible...

it really needs to be updated some. the hot tub was out of order the whole week we were there and there are only 3 elevators to service the entire building. we really look forward to the hot tub so this was a major disappointment. (I'm sorry about the hot tub. Unfortunately, we have no control over the complex amenities. Regency Towers is going to be making improvements in the fall when the season slows. Thanks for your feedback.)

It was wonderful. I booked with Hunter and she was thr most friendliest person I ever connected with over the phone n never meeting her. Then spoke with carol a few days before hand n she was just as wonderful. Great people.

very pleasant experience...friendly staff and easy booking

The only negative in my stay was the fact that the thermostat is preset to not go below 70 degrees (and the temp never reached below 73 the entire stay). I feel that since we paid over $1800.00 to stay a week, we should be able to be as comfortable as if we were at home. I keep my house thermostat at 68 during the summer. I understand that it would be a waste to cool the unit during the day if no one was there, but we had a member of our party that stayed inside all day while we were at the beach. We had to go to WalMart and buy 2 fans to cool the unit down. Other than this one negative, the condo was very nice. (Thank you for this valuable feedback. I am working on resolving this issue.)

Carol is the women I dealt with I had a very positive experience with her. She was very pleasant to work with. I I visioned her as a beauty contestant by the way she presented herself to me over the phone. She was very professional will be very successful. Desk clerks very confused and posted misinformation about our stay which had us confused about how long we had booked. But ms. Carol had it straight. Thank you so much carol for all your help. (You are very welcome, and I am glad you found me both professional and helpful.)

Very nice for a family with young children but as older adults we were a little disappointed.
