Q: How can I reserve a condo?
A: You may call 850-866-7973 to speak with a Reservation Agent or book securely online. If you choose to reserve online, your reservation is placed in a pending status until one of our Reservation Agents contacts you to complete and confirm your reservation. Your credit card is not processed until we have spoken with your personally. Many properties and owners have specific qualifications and restrictions, so we are required to speak with you to personally verify that you meet the qualifications and requirements of the condo you have selected before the reservation can be approved and confirmed.
A: Our normal check in time is 4:00 pm CST and normal check out is 10:00 am CST. During Spring Break, check in is at 4:00 pm CST and check out is at 9:00 am CST.
Q: Are pets allowed in the unit?
A: We currently have no units that are pet friendly.
Q: What is the cancellation period?
A: Cancellation period 45 days prior to scheduled arrival. A cancellation fee of $100 applies. Please refer to cancellation terms in the rental agreement for further detail.
Q: When will I receive my key and check in documents?
A: All units have keyless entry. The access code to your unit along with all documents needed for check in will be sent to your email 3 days prior to your arrival. Please review the instructions provided with your check in documents for use of the lock system.
Q: Who do I call if I have a maintenance issue during my stay?
A: During normal business hours, please call 850-866-7973. If the issue is a true emergency outside of normal business hours, and it cannot wait until the next business day, please call the number above and listen to the voice prompts to be connected to staff.
Q: Is beach service included?
A: Beach Service provision is at the discretion of individual owners. At the current time, we do not provide beach service with any of our vacation properties.
Q: I am under 25 years of age. May I rent a unit from you?
A: Select units may be available. Please review "Spring Break Rules" by clicking on the orange button on the home page of the webpage. We do not rent to vacationing high school students or for graduation trips unless a parent makes the reservation AND will be staying in the unit with their student.
Q: Do I need to bring sheets and towels?
A: No. All of the beds will be made with fresh linens. Bath towels, hand towels, face cloths and dish towels are provided. Towels are provided for the maximum number of guests the unit allows plus 2. We do no offer daily maid service or a towel exchange. There is a washer and dryer in each unit for your convenience. Please do not take any of the unit linens to the beach. You will need to bring beach towels.
Q: What paper products are in the unit?
A: We provide a starter set of paper products including a roll of paper towels, a roll of tissue in each bath, a small soap for the tub and each sink. There is a garbage can liner provided in each container, and one dishwasher packet for the dish cleaning required at departure. We do not provide dish liquid or laundry detergent due to individual allergies. You will need to purchase (or bring along) additional dish detergent, tissue, garbage bags and coffee filters depending on the length of your stay.
Q: May I smoke on the balcony?
A: All of our condos are non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking in the condo will result in an additional charge. You may smoke on the balcony with the sliding glass door closed.
Q: May I grill on the balcony?
A: No. Grilling on individual balconies is strictly prohibited. Some properties provide grills in common areas.
Q: What tasks do I need to do at departure?
A: Please remove everything from the frig and freezer and dispose of it. Take all rubbish to exterior garbage receptacles. Leave all dishes cleaned and stored or in the dishwasher washing. Please have all towels laundered and in the dryer drying. You will not need to do anything with the bed linens. Please make sure you and your party have all of their personal belongings. We are not responsible for items left behind.
Q: How many cars may I take and park?
A: Parking regulations are set by each individual complex and vary greatly. Please contact a Reservation Agent for further details.
Q: Do you offer Military or other types of discounts?
A: We are constantly running specials and discounts. Please call 850-866-7973 to inquire about current specials.
