Carol was absolutely wonderful!

The condo was nice. I wouldn't stay there again because of issues with the resort but I would book thru JFR again Just a different resort.

Overall a great property just needs to have some deep rooted cleaning done, the porch is especially dirty but that's probably an association issue not your crew. Thanks again.

Always love staying on the beach! Ocean Ritz was very accommodating and comfy for our family of eleven. Ranging in age from 4 weeks to 67 years. Will definitely return to JFR in the future

The team was great and very knowledgable. They had very quick response time to any questions or concerns. They were very friendly and you couldn't ask to work with a better group of people when booking and being on vacation!

We loved the property! It was spacious and very nice. It was exactly what the pictures reflected. The unit was equipped with everything needed for a great vacation week. We were so blessed with such a great property!

Over all I loved the stay in to condo. It was close to the beach, we loved all the amienties that was offered. We loved the mini bar at the pool with live music. I would love to stay here again!

It was a great week. The only negative thing we had to say was that the people who did come in and cleaned, didn't do a good job. We did part of their job, but your office was great about that and we appreciate that.
